Using the Pacific Plumbing Online Store is really quite easy: 1. Please start by Registering with our site. Use the Form in the Menu to the Right to click the "Register" button and fill out the information. This will allow the creation of your personal "WishList", and return visits to view or edit the wishlist by logging in with your Username & Password. Refer to the screenshot below to help you find the form in the Right Menu.  2. For Kohler product selections, click on "Kohler" Logo. The Kohler registration page will appear, where you will need to register using the SAME Username and Password used to register with our site. We know this causes you to register twice, but this makes the selection process easier for everyone since Kohler has several hundred products available and their site content is continually updated. Once you have completed selecting your Kohler products, click HERE to send us an email, and we will transfer your selections to your Pacific Plumbing "WishList" allowing easy access from your account. 3. For Non-Kohler Vendors, you can browse products in our store by clicking on their Company Logos, or by the Online Store Category Menu to the right. They can be added to your shopping cart at any time. To find out more regarding each product, clicking on the image will take you to a full detail screen for the product. Clicking on the image again will open a separate window, taking you to the actual vendor's website page for the item. When you add selections to your cart, you will see the following screen:  When you are done with your selections, click the "Checkout" button. If you haven't already, please register or login as a returning customer. They you will see the "Checkout" screen as shown below:  If these are your FINAL selections and you are going to pay for the products with a Credit Card, you will continue through the checkout process and pay for the items. If not, you will click "Save this cart as a WishList" so we (and you) can review the selections, add Kohler products to your WishList, and discuss any other options or questions you have before the final decision is made. Give the WishList a name and click "Save".  You can then close the window and return in the future to add / delete / edit, or pay for your selections. You will likely browse other manufacturer's websites and find products that we do not have in our store. That's fine with us. Just fill in the manufacturer, model or part numbers, model name, and finish and/or color in the form provided on our "Contact Us" page HERE. Your request will be sent to us and we will add these items to your WishList. Can't find what you really want? No worries. We are plumbers with years of experience sourcing products for our clients. E-mail us HERE with the subject line "Can't find what I want" and we'll call within 24 hours and assist you. Make sure you provide your preferred contact number! We know you want to select just the right items for your new or remodeled home. We have attempted to display products from those manufacturers with the highest quality and reliability, across a broad range of styles and prices. No one at Pacific Plumbing makes a commission on what you select. In many cases a $100 faucet is every bit a good as a $500 faucet. Our goal is to make the product selection easy for you, and give you the same confidence we have that these products will stand the test of time once installed in your home. We always love to hear, "Thanks for making this process as easy as it could be". When you have completed and are confident in your selections, you will have the option to purchase some or all of your them on our secure web site with your credit card. You may also defer everything to your general contractor. This choice rests between you and your "general". To Add to your current WishList Selections, you may login and add more items to the cart at any time. Proceed to Checkout Screen & Select the "Save this cart as a WishList" option again. You will have the option to add this to your existing WishList, or create another WishList. To Delete Products from your WishList, you can Login with your Username & Password and click the "My WishLists" link on the Right Menu (shown below):  At that time you can click "Remove" to remove any items from your wishlist (as shown below).  Checking Out When Your WishList is Complete & Ready to make the Order If your wishlist is complete and you are ready to checkout and pay by Credit Card using our secure interface, click the "Add all items to the Cart" feature (shown at the bottom of the picture above). You will then be taken to the "Shopping Cart" Screen. Click "Checkout" at the bottom of your Shopping Cart item list, and then make sure your information is correct. If so, click the "Next" button at the bottom, enter in your Credit Card information, and follow the rest of the process. Call us if you need a helping hand. |
